Doggy Cleaner 1.27.0 is now available with a more continuous way to review a large iPhone photo library. The headline change is Hide Cards After Deleting: after you mark a photo for deletion, its card can leave the current list so you can move directly to the next decision.
This is a focused product update, not a change to how final deletion works. Marked photos are still reviewed and confirmed before Doggy Cleaner asks iOS to remove them.
Hide marked cards from the current review list
When Hide Cards After Deleting is enabled in Settings, marking a card for deletion removes it from the list you are currently reviewing. The main card, grid, and thumbnail strip update together, reducing the chance that you inspect the same item twice or lose your place during a long cleanup session.
The option is useful when you are working through screenshots, duplicate downloads, extra burst shots, or other groups where each decision should lead naturally to the next item.
Hiding is a review-interface action. It does not bypass Apple's deletion confirmation and does not permanently erase a photo at the moment you swipe or tap.
Undo the latest deletion mark
A faster review flow still needs a clear recovery action. Version 1.27.0 adds Undo Last Delete, which brings the most recently hidden card back into the current list.
If two photos differ only in expression, focus, or framing, you can undo the last mark and compare again without leaving the current session to search through the whole library. The undo action applies to the latest deletion mark, so important photos should still be reviewed carefully before final confirmation.
Smoother video playback across the app
Version 1.27.0 also consolidates video playback behavior across card browsing, classic browsing, Shuffle, immersive viewing, and video compression screens. The update fixes cases where switching between clips could show a black screen or leave a video loading, and it adds seamless looping for easier review.
Mute state is shared across these views, and playback responds more consistently when the app moves between the foreground and background. These changes make it easier to decide whether a clip is worth keeping without repeatedly restarting playback.
More stable similar-photo browsing
Similar-photo selection and browsing now use more targeted list updates. When a marked item leaves a group or returns through Undo, the interface updates with less flicker and fewer abrupt full-list changes.
Doggy Cleaner still leaves the final choice to you. Similar photos may contain meaningful differences, so the app groups candidates for comparison rather than deleting them automatically.

Privacy and deletion remain under your control
Doggy Cleaner continues to analyze duplicate and similar photos locally on your device. Version 1.27.0 does not upload your photo library to a Doggy Cleaner server for analysis.
Cards hidden during review remain marked items until you confirm deletion. iOS then presents its system-controlled deletion flow, and removed media can remain in Recently Deleted until you clear it or the system removes it later.
